TEXT NECK SYNDROME is when there is pressure on the spine due to moving the head forward and downward consistently with load bearing activities that result in increased pressure to the spine. Realizing how often and when you tend to create this load bearing pressure on yourself is the FIRST step in prevention. This syndrome is becoming a growing concern in the health community.
SYMPTOMS: Some symptoms of “text neck syndrome”, includes but not limited to, headaches, neck pain, shoulder pain, muscle soreness and aches, tingling in arms and hands, neck stiffness, decreased grasping abilities, and more.
